Write a Node.js app that tracks activity in a given folder.

# Requirements

Monitor the state of a directory (polling with fs.readdir on an interval is a reasonable approach—see modules and files).
When a file is added, print Added new file <FILE_NAME>.
When a file is removed, print <FILE_NAME> removed.
Take an initial snapshot of the directory on start, and do not report deletions when a read fails.

Create a PR into the jstask2 branch of your own js repository.
